The marketplace makes third parties our supply side. Every published template and model increases what the platform is worth without increasing what it costs us to run.

We build the wedge solution in a domain, prove it in a real deployment, and turn it into a template anyone can instantiate.
Customers
An operations team describes what it wants watched, simulates it on its own footage and enables it. No vendor engineering project, no three-month wait.
Partners and agencies
Systems integrators build and sell their own branded solutions on our infrastructure. The integrator who understands traffic enforcement can finally productise that knowledge.
Everyone else ships a product. We ship the platform products get built on.

No competitor combines a solution-grade platform with self-serve authoring and a third-party creator economy. Marketplace is next phase and marked as such.
The same platform runs workforce attendance for a private enterprise and a traffic POC for a state government.
With no per-domain rebuild between them. That is the platform claim, and it is the only part of it you do not have to take on faith.

One is a private enterprise counting people onto a site. The other is a state government reading number plates. Neither needed the platform rebuilt for it. A reviewer does not have to take the architecture diagram on faith.
05 — WHY NOW
A very large installed base of IP cameras in India, with no analytics layer on top of it.
Edge GPU compute has reached a price point that makes on-premise inference commercially viable.
Data-sovereignty expectations under the DPDP Act favour a platform that can run entirely on-premise.
Building in a domain we have not touched?
That is the case we most want to hear. Integrators and agencies build and sell their own branded solutions on the platform, and keep the customer relationship.
